Shipments 

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched same day after receipt of payment and are shipped via FEDEX, USPS,  with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by FEDEX, USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Shipping Policy

Nomar Supply, LLC offers a variety of shipping options. Please read through these policies carefully before placing your order. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the policies and processes for shipping, receiving, damaged items, returns or cancelled orders.

All Shipping Charges are calculated within our shipping system based upon the dimensions, weight and freight class of the item(s), plus the zip code of your shipping destination. Our shipping system communicates electronically with the freight carriers to calculate the shipping costs. boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Receiving damaged products, Our carrier covers the full value of your order in case your order was damaged in transportation. You must notify our support department within 72 hours of receiving your package by calling 346-571-0635 or calling the carrier directly. With your tracking number, a case will immediately be opened where you must send photos or proof of the product and the package, this process may take up to 30 business days before issuing your refund.

Claims for transportation damage are not accepted after 72 hours of delivery of the product, it will automatically be denied by us but you can make your request with the carrier under their conditions

For International shipping 

Customs taxes and charges for customs clearance by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer, these will be charged to the customer by the carrier or the broker. 

Nomar Supply, LLC is not responsible for these charges, we only offer information support if requested by the carrier.
