Item Availability

Nomar Supply, LLC  work to maintain real time inventory on our Site. Item availability on our Site is not guaranteed, as it may be low in stock. If the Item is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail to provide an estimated  time delay

Shipping Policy

Nomar Supply, LLC offers a variety of shipping options. Please read through these policies carefully before placing your order. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the policies and processes for shipping, receiving, damaged items, returns or cancelled orders.

All Shipping Charges are calculated within our shipping system based upon the dimensions, weight and freight class of the item(s), plus the zip code of your shipping destination. Our shipping system communicates electronically with the freight carriers to calculate the shipping costs.

Receiving damaged products, Our carrier covers the full value of your order in case your order was damaged in transportation. You must notify our support department within 72 hours of receiving your package by calling 346-571-0635 or calling the carrier directly. With your tracking number, a case will immediately be opened where you must send photos or proof of the product and the package, this process may take up to 30 business days before issuing your refund.

Claims for transportation damage are not accepted after 72 hours of delivery of the product, it will automatically be denied by us but you can make your request with the carrier under their conditions

Purchases

All parts and supplies have the price without value of shipping cost.
Purchases or special orders will require 50% of its cost to be processed, this deposit is not refunded with the cancellation of the order and we are not responsible for the delivery time, this time depends on the availability of factories or manufacturing times

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders ship same day if placed by 5:00 PM MST, Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

Nomar Supply, LLC  will also provide a tracking number for every package shipped. Your tracking number will be posted in your order status on the website and will be included in email communications about your order as well, when available.

Force Majeure

Nomar Supply, LLC  shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies of raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of Heritage Parts in the conduct of its businesses

Product Substitution

Products may be substituted by the manufacturer and may not always exactly match descriptions and/or images. Nomar Supply, LLC is not responsible for these changes

Returns Policy

An item purchased from Nomar Supply, LLC  may be returned for various reasons. The Returns Policy outlined below offers a reference guide to assist you with understanding the different classifications of returns and the actions needed to facilitate the return.

1-Preauthorization from Nomar Supply, LLC is required to process a return or the return will not be accepted, You need to contact the customer service by  email to [email protected] 

2-All returns will charge for restocking fee to 20%

3-Special the orders  can not returned

4-Electronic board , digital, displays, pulse power supply , digital controllers, digital thermostats and everything containing electronic components can not be returned

5-Returns Date Range to 30 days

3. Warranty Returns

Subject to Manufacturer's respective Policy

The guarantees may not be processed

For  damages provoked by the client or other components that influence over the parts

It is possible a copy of the work order is requested by the company or the certified technician who performed the work
